Returns

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, depending on product availability.
